Cheryl Tan
Director
Cheryl Tan is a Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore and a Corporate Member of the Singapore Institute of Architects.
With over 20 years of practical architectural consultancy experience, Cheryl has worked on a wide range of projects, including commercial Class A office buildings, shopping centres, luxury residences, prestigious country clubs, hotels, hospitals, and clinics.
Prior to founding CKA Consultants and CKA Design Pte Ltd, Cheryl served as an Associate Architect in a reputable architectural firm for over 15 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Architecture Studies) from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Melbourne.
Juliet Tan
Corporate Services Director
Juliet Tan graduated with a BSc in Economics from NUS and obtained a GDHRM from SIM.
With versatile regional experience spanning over 20 years, including roles at reputable multinational corporations, Juliet is a dynamic human resources professional. She has extensive experience in partnering with business leaders to shape strategy, drive performance, and manage growth, and is well-versed in the full spectrum of HR functions.
Melvin Lim
Melvin Lim graduated with Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Architecture from NUS, Singapore. Joining CKA Design, Melvin has been involved in key projects such as a 5-storey mixed development at Verdun Road, YWCA Hotel upgrading work, a black and white detached dwelling house at Begonia Road, and Baia Bar & Restaurant at Esplanade.
Teddy Siew
Teddy Siew holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Architecture from USM, Malaysia. At CKA Design, Teddy has contributed to key projects including One Shenton Condominium facilities upgrading, a rooftop Japanese Garden with two fine dining restaurants at Middle Road, a detached dwelling house at Sennett Avenue, and the erection of Palelai Buddhist Temple main shrine, as well as the upgrading of the Chedi and Sima hall.
Vicky Tan
Vicky Tan holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Architecture from UTAR and UTM, Malaysia. Her portfolio at CKA Design includes supermarkets and retail outlets owned by the Dairy Farm Group, such as Cold Storage Supermarket, Guardian, and 7-Eleven, as well as a 5-storey animal food production factory and the Glamping Resort in Swan Valley, Australia.
Tu Tung Yun
Tu Tung Yun graduated with Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Architecture from NUS, Singapore. His key projects in the firm include a 5-storey mixed development, which comprises of co-living, offices and shops at Verdun Road, erection of Palelai Buddhist Temple Main Shrine, as well as the upgrading of the Chedi and Sima hall.
Nur Sabrinah
Nur Sabrinah, an undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, has been with the company for 8 years. Her portfolio includes key projects such as Shilla Cosmetics & Perfumes Duty-Free Shops at Changi Airport Terminal 4, Lunar Coffee Brewers, and the Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel upgrading work. She has extensive experience in residential, commercial, and F&B retail projects.
Mancao Eazel Mae Marquez
Mancao Eazel Mae Marquez graduated with a Diploma in Architecture from Nanyang Polytechnic. Her notable projects at CKA Design include Raffles Music College in a Korean garden at Middle Road and an inter-terrace house at Jalan Salang.
